On Saturday, Cheyenne orchestra students competed in the North Central Honors Orchestra Auditions at Santa Fe High School. Cheyenne had 12 students accepted into the orchestra! 7th grade students accepted were: Morgan Benson, Matthew Coutino, Amalia Cozyris, Ivan Fu, Kashton Green, Cayden Ililau Hodges, Matthew Patton, Matthew Perez, Avie Walser and Olivia Yoon. 8th grade students accepted were: June Frost and Kiera Chao. Congratulations to all who auditioned and accepted!

Bring NEW socks to Mrs. Wildman in the FCS room during the month of October and get a treat and your name on the "Socktober Wall of Fame." Our goal is 300 pairs of new socks! Student Council went to the HOPE Center on Saturday, Sept. 21st. The students worked to prepare food for pickup, as well as, sorted donations of clothes, toys, and other supplies. Serving the community is an important part of the Cheyenne Student Council mission.
TSA Participated in TSA Riversport Day!
We had two teams enter the cardboard canoe challenge. Each team built a canoe out of cardboard and duct tape. We did have a successful canoe team float!

Tomorrow, September 27th is Pizza Day! We will be selling pizza by the slice and box, along with $1 drinks during lunch.
Hat Day is coming up! Bring $1 to wear a hat to school all day on Wednesday, Sept. 25th! When you arrive, give your $1 to Ms. Mills in the commons and receive a stamp that grants you permission to wear your hat all day.

It's Popsicle Day! PTO will be selling popsicles today during recess for $1!
Thank you to everyone who wrote a letter to a hero letting them know how much we appreciate them! FCCLA officers delivered over 225 notes to the Edmond Fire Department, the Edmond Police Department and to soldiers. After delivering the notes, these FCCLA officers were able to tour the Edmond Fire Department: Kaleah Jones, Eden Blackwell, Olivia Yoon, Olivia Austin, Victoria Rainwater, Camdyn Rowley and Nyla Richardson.
